Position Summary
You will join our Business Process Design team in Belgium as a Master-level alternance student. You will help map, model and improve business processes across functions. You will work with process owners, analysts and IT partners to deliver clear, usable process designs. We value curiosity, strong communication and a practical mindset. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Collect, document and transfer existing process information into a process modelling tool.
- Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts to map current and future processes.
- Help prioritise incoming requests for new process models, changes or bug fixes.
- Audit and maintain process libraries and ensure models follow agreed standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of process mapping methodology and centre of excellence practices.
- Support creation of training materials and communications to raise process capability across the organisation.
Who you will work with
You will work with business process owners, operational teams, IT specialists and the BPM centre of excellence. You will be coached by experienced process designers and collaborate with colleagues across Belgium and other countries. The role is collaborative, practical and visible.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- You are enrolled in a Master in alternance programme in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field in Belgium.
- You are fluent in French and have a good working knowledge of English for written and verbal communication.
- You are available to start in autumn 2025 (approx. October) and the internship is mandatory as part of your curriculum.
- You can work in a hybrid arrangement based in Belgium and attend the office and site as required.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data.
- You are autonomous, solution-oriented and able to communicate clearly with different audiences.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience or training with process modelling tools such as ARIS, Power Apps or another BPM software.
- Prior exposure to Business Process Management concepts and methodologies.
- Experience running workshops, interviews or stakeholder sessions.
- Basic knowledge of governance for process libraries and version control.
- Familiarity with designing training content or user guidance materials.
- Interest in process automation and digital tools that support business change.
Work arrangements
This position follows a hybrid work model. You will be based in Belgium and expected to attend the office and sites when required by the role. The alternance must be mandatory as part of your academic programme and covered by a signed agreement between you, your school and GSK. Start date and duration will follow your academic schedule. Compensation and practical details will follow Belgian legal requirements.
