Position Purpose:
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day? As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our departments are well-staffed and operating efficiently. You will coordinate daily staffing for assigned departments on a shift-by-shift basis, review clocking data to maintain accurate API records for Time and Attendance, and respond to customer needs with a systems-thinking approach. Partnering with Schedulers, Leadership, and House Supervisors, you'll help match staffing coverage with the right skills and availability.

Computer Proficiency: Experience with Excel and Word.
Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Communication Skills: Comfortable managing multiple phone calls and emails from diverse clients.
Customer Service Excellence: A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What You Can Expect:
Hours: 24 hours/week
Varied shifts
Will cover both our 0430-1300 shift and the 1230-2100 shift rotating with our other staff
