The Opportunity:
CACI seeks a talented individual to join our team as the Staffing Manager, within the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business. CACI is looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team to support the PMO. The Staffing Manager is responsible for support of the program business, recruiting activities, staffing management and functional operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Red Rabbit Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Management Office.
- Identify and facilitate resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
- Support the PMO in planning and monitoring the program activities.
- Coordinates closely with the Program Management Coordinator to ensure the availability of staff.
- Supports the PMO in managing recruiting activities, REDRABBIT roster and supporting CDRL delivery, efficiently allocating resources and ensuring that all DOs are properly staffed.
- Drafts and submits candidate resumes for customer Technical Acceptance.
- Maintain the instructor staff and ensure annual compliance training and language tests are current IAW SOW, and support changing mission requirements.
- Ensure continuous staffing management support to provide rapid response for all customer requirements with no mission disruption.
- Communicate program updates and provide guidance on taskers from the PMO.
- Proctor language tests for all instructors IAW IRL standards.
- Additional PMO duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community and/or DoD
- Demonstrated experience directly supporting senior leadership of an organization
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Meticulous proofreading and editing skills with a high standard for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired:
- Experience as an Intelligence Analyst preferably or as a Cryptologic Language Analyst

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
