Through deep technical expertise and cross‑functional leadership, they proactively manage risks, dependencies, and quality across firmware, hardware integration, and regulatory constraints. At the staff level, they also scale impact by improving systems and processes, influencing technical strategy, and ensuring embedded platforms deliver long‑term reliability and customer trust.
