Job Description:

Role: Staff Technical Content Developer

Location: Bengaluru, India

Here’s your opportunity to make your mark by delivering engaging content experiences for the networking industry’s most groundbreaking wireless products. We’re looking for a dynamic content expert with deep technical understanding to design and write truly helpful end-to-end documentation. This role is key to customer success throughout the entire journey—from smooth initial product adoption to effective feature expansion, deeper understanding, and long-term loyalty.

Our warm and professional team, Product Adoption Content and Education, creates highly technical content such as user guides, training courses, reference materials, and in-product help. This content helps customers install, configure, and maintain mission-critical networks.

The ideal candidate is a persistent self-starter with strong collaboration skills, who enjoys continuous learning and can push through barriers to get things done.

What you'll do:

  • Research, write, and produce high-quality, topic-based technical user documentation for software products—primarily for the web, and also in-product.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage productive cross-functional partnerships to understand requirements and customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with team members based in Bengaluru, USA, and Europe.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content by keeping a finger on the pulse of user feedback, AI chatbot analytics, quality metrics, SEO data, and content trends.
  • Develop deep understanding of your technical domain, products, and customers. We offer a robust training and certification program.
  • Leverage our AI tools to accelerate simpler work so you can dive deeper into the context and considerations that users find most helpful.
  • Follow and contribute to style and process guidelines.

What you need to Bring:

  • Experience developing high-quality technical documentation in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven expertise with complex enterprise technology, preferably wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi and 5G, and the ability to research complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to lead projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make progress with less-than-complete information.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field (or comparable experience).
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with XML authoring tools and content management systems, or comparable content-as-code approaches.

Preferred Experience:

  • Creating content designed to be consumed through AI applications.
  • Using AI tools to accelerate content creation and expand quality assurance.
  • Creating effective GUI hints and microcopy.
  • Information architecture.
