The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise People Services Clearance Processing Center in the role of Staff Tech, Security. The RTX CPC is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented professional to support the overall mission of the organization and maintain compliance with DoD and organizational personnel security policies and procedures. The selected candidate will assist with the administrative tasks associated with clearance tracking, will assist in maintaining accurate records, and ensure compliance with security standards and guidelines.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate with various stakeholders in the clearance process.

  • Update, and maintain records in ServiceNow.

  • Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company security databases.

  • Perform under moderate supervision.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting miscellaneous administrative support functions.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Working knowledge of the Personnel Security Clearance Process.

  • Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.

  • Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.

  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
