About the role:
The Acute Care Service (Community Mental Health) provides short-term community-based clinical services to adult patients presenting with a broad range of mental illnesses and disorders. This position will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide psychiatric assessment, treatment, care planning and clinical oversight of allocated patients using harm-minimisation and recovery-based models of care. This position will act also as a senior clinician providing leadership in a multidisciplinary team. There is capacity for the incumbent to work in other positions across the Mental Health and Homeless Health service on mutual agreement.
