Position Summary

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Role requires extensive knowledge of the Novologix application. Proven experience of designing and delivering of complex solutions for Novologix business users.

Ability to support and lead others to develop .NET web applications, Azure cloud applications, Azure cloud services,  API services,  and SQL Server tables and stored procedures, utilizing onshore and offshore teams.

Create, implement, and ensure measures for successful execution, including Solution development standards, policies, processes, procedures, and controls.

Provide input to business relationship management teams regarding improvement goals for business divisions or functions that can be achieved through technical solutions.

Independently performs and assists other team members in providing ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support tasks for existing systems.

Proactivity Work with Novologix ARB to identify opportunities for technology improvements, improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and innovative solutions to help achieve business benefits through technology.

Directs groups to design, develop, and implement application projects, providing guidance and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Develops and executes strategies for application development aligned with the overall business objectives and technology roadmap of the company.

Checks on the planning, execution, and delivery of application development projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and pre-determined timelines.

Applies highly developed technical knowledge to provide insights, guidance, and recommendations on the selection, implementation, and maintenance of software development technologies and tools.

Ensures projects are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and are within the agreed-upon budget.

Interfaces with business stakeholders and senior leadership to understand their requirements, communicate progress, and ensure alignment between application development initiatives and business needs.

Implements systems to ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of applications, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and adherence to coding standards.

Coaches and mentors junior-level team members, providing guidance to enhance individual capabilities and drive professional development.

Communicates regularly with external partners, vendors, and clients to foster positive relationships, gather feedback, and align development efforts with client expectations and business objectives.


Required Qualifications

Prior Relevant Work Experience

7+ years

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $213,210.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
