This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead ERP system implementation, business transformation initiatives (using AI) and collaborate with world-class professionals across the globe.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • **Project Planning and Management:** Develop and manage comprehensive project plans. Establish project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and build effective communication, change management, and training plans.
  • **Collaboration with Various Teams:** Work closely with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to ensure the ERP system meets organizational requirements and objectives.
  • **Data Management:** Secure seamless data transfer and uphold data quality and consistency across support interfaces. Work with internal key stakeholders to recognize issues, analyze operational procedures, and devise business process solutions.
  • **Project Leadership:** Supervise and direct business process and solution-related projects. Facilitate user requirements workshops for process analysis and RPA case documentation.
  • **RPA/AI Development:** Design and deploy RPA/AI applications and act as an RPA/AI citizen developer, providing mentorship to team members as part of the AI Center of Excellence.
  • Design and execute data-driven projects that align with organizational goals
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

Requirements/Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Over 7 years of project management experience, including ERP implementation from initiation to deployment. Experience with SAP S/4 Production Planning module is preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, APICS, CPIM, or equivalent project management certification. Certified RPA developer for UI Path or equivalent. PROSCI certification or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Digital Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred. Additional experience in programming/tools such as Python, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Macro, or equivalent in RPA, Workflow Automation, AI.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel/Access, SQL).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience in semiconductor planning is an advantage.
