Role purpose
Senior technical authority for Salesforce engineering in Ireland. You lead design, set standards, and solve the hardest problems. You act as the technical extension of onshore architects.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead technical design for complex Salesforce initiatives

  • Review and influence designs produced onshore

  • Set and enforce coding standards and best practices

  • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers

  • Drive platform scalability, performance, and reliability

  • Support production issues during Ireland and US overlap hours

Salesforce and technical scope

  • Advanced Apex and LWC development

  • Event-driven and API-based integrations

  • Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture

  • Governor limit management and performance tuning

  • CI/CD pipelines and release automation

Minimum qualifications for Ireland

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

  • 10 plus years of professional software engineering experience

  • 6 plus years of hands-on Salesforce development

  • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise implementations

  • Experience working with US-based stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Legal right to work in Ireland

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Architect tracks

  • Experience simplifying legacy or over-engineered orgs

  • Prior influence across multiple teams without direct authority

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€65,000.00 - €165,000.00
