Staff Quality Systems Engineer - Industrial Engineering

 

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and performance of the QMS platform.  
• Ensure the QMS effectively supports APQP, LQP, supplier assessments, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Maintain alignment between documented quality processes and system workflows. 
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with security policies. 
• Configure and support supplier facing workflows, data capture, reporting, and dashboards.  
• Identify system gaps and drive continuous improvement in partnership with IT and QMS vendors.  
• Support UAT, testing, and deployment of system enhancements. 
• Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support for internal users and suppliers. 
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability, documentation, and compliance. 

 

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, or QMS‑related roles. 
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise QMS platforms (e.g., Auros or similar). 
• Proven working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, LQP, AIAG, IATF, and supplier risk management. 
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and quality teams. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined process execution.
• Experience supporting supplier‑facing QMS workflows. 
• Exposure to QMS system administration or configuration (non‑developer). 
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience working with global or regional teams.
