The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

We are seeking a Strategy Lead / Chief of Staff to join Dexcom Lithuania at a pivotal time of growth and global transformation. This role acts as a strategic thought partner and execution force multiplier for senior leadership, helping shape priorities, drive alignment, and turn strategy into measurable impact across Dexcom’s global operations.

This is a highly visible role, operating at pace and across ambiguity, with exposure to senior leaders across regions and functions.

Where you come in:

  • Partner with senior leadership (within Lithuania and globally) to shape strategic direction, operating priorities, and long-range plans aligned to Dexcom’s enterprise objectives, with clear ownership for outcomes and impact.
  • Act as a Chief-of-Staff–type leader, supporting leadership effectiveness through agenda shaping, decision framing, prioritisation, development and disciplined follow-through on critical initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives, connecting priorities across Global Business Services functions, sites, and transformations to ensure clarity of intent, alignment across stakeholders, and disciplined execution.
  • Frame complex, ambiguous problems, develop options and recommendations, translate strategic direction into executable roadmaps, milestones, and ownership models in fast-paced environments.
  • Own strategic narratives, producing executive-level materials including business cases, strategy papers, and presentations for senior leadership forums, linking executive imperatives and pain points to concrete actions and decisions.
  • Provide strategic insight and challenge rooted in enterprise data, global operating model considerations, and evolving Global Business Services and transformation practices, with a focus on value creation, scale, and enterprise impact.
  • Track progress and impact of strategic initiatives, define success metrics, drive course-correcting actions, and surface risks, trade-offs, and course corrections early.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders across regions, functions, and cultures, influencing without authority to drive outcomes.
  • Lead the cascading of strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and success measures, ensuring alignment from enterprise objectives through functional and site-level execution.

What makes you successful:

  • Experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff, or equivalent senior strategic roles.
  • Proven experience working with senior and executive-level stakeholders in complex, matrixed, or global organisations.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into action, balancing long-term direction with near-term execution, and moving from conceptual “blue-sky” thinking to hands-on execution and delivery.
  • Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and storytelling skills – able to turn complexity into clear, compelling narratives that enable decision-making and action.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in high ambiguity, with confidence to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or similar strongly preferred.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed leader with strong judgement, discretion, and personal impact, and a strong bias toward execution and results.

What You’ll Get:

  • A comprehensive onboarding and training on the job.

  • Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues representing 45 different nationalities.

  • Hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in a modern, well-equipped office space.
