Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and performance improvement projects.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Ensure equipment stability through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Production, Electrical, Boiler).
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean
- Must be able to work on holidays and follow a 4-team, 3-shift rotational schedule.
- (Preferred) Relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance.
- (Preferred) Background in Mechanical Engineering (High School or Associate's degree).
- (Preferred) Proficiency in welding, lathe operation, and forklift driving.
