About the Team
Walmart Multichannel Solutions extends WFS beyond Walmart.com, enabling sellers to manage sales channels, pooled inventory, customer orders, delivery updates, returns, and fulfillment automation through Seller Center, APIs, webhooks, and solution-provider integrations. The team partners across Marketplace, WFS, supply chain, engineering, data science, operations, finance, support, and compliance to build reliable, low-cost, seller-obsessed fulfillment experiences.

- Lead platform and API capabilities that power MCS automation, including orders, sales-channel management, inventory availability, status notifications, partner integrations, and solution-provider enablement.
- Partner closely with engineering to define scalable architecture, API contracts, data models, operational workflows, and reliability standards.
- Drive data-informed prioritization using seller insights, operational data, experimentation, and competitive benchmarking.
- Establish KPIs and guardrails such as seller adoption, active MCS sellers, order volume, on-time delivery, valid tracking rate, cost-to-serve, issue rate, reimbursement rate, and support contact rate.
- Improve onboarding and activation by partnering with WFS, commercial, and support teams to remove seller friction and accelerate adoption.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, analytics, operations, partner teams, finance, legal, compliance, and customer support.
- Identify and mitigate scaling risks across systems, carrier coverage, returns, reimbursements, inventory availability, and process gaps.
- Mentor other product managers and influence adjacent teams on systems thinking, platform leverage, and high-quality product decision-making.
You'll make an impact by...
- Making Walmart’s supply chain easier for sellers to use across every sales channel.
- Creating seamless, transparent fulfillment experiences that help sellers grow while maintaining Walmart-grade reliability.
- Building extensible platform capabilities and partner integrations that scale across a broad solution-provider ecosystem.
- Balancing new feature development with platform stability, compliance, technical debt, and long-term scalability.
- Using data, experimentation, and customer insight to unlock growth and better seller outcomes.
What you'll bring...
- Customer obsession for sellers and strong product sense for B2B and B2B2C experiences.
- Strong systems thinking and technical fluency across APIs, event-driven workflows, platform architecture, and data models.
- Proven ability to own complex, multi-system products with cross-functional dependencies at enterprise scale.
- Strong analytical rigor; comfortable defining KPIs, building business cases, and using experimentation to validate decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence senior leaders and distributed stakeholders.
