US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.
We’re getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It’s working — Consumer Reports named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.*
And we’re building innovative systems that scale. A network agnostic tech stack. Agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This work isn’t for everyone. If you work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively — without compromising standards — we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
This is a Staff or Principal level Product Manager role with end-to-end ownership of Devices & and our digital shopping Marketplace, including defining what best-in-class digital shopping looks like for the next generation of connected consumers. You'll set the bar for how connectivity devices are discovered, evaluated, and purchased online, then back it with the operational infrastructure to deliver: inventory, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and everything in between.
You'll own adjacent programs too, protection, trade-ins, upgrades, and financing, and be responsible for the full arc from 0-to-1 design through scaled operations. This is a business-critical surface with direct impact on conversion, revenue, and retention and a true growth lever for the Company.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to set direction, and partner across Growth, Operations, and Engineering to bring it to life. Success in this role requires strong judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to drive clarity and outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
We expect PMs to operate with a high degree of ownership. That means making principled decisions with imperfect information, aligning teams around clear direction, and holding a high bar for execution and results.
