Job Summary

Salary:                 £37,875 - £46,581.47 (Depending upon experience)

Hours:                  37.5 per week 

Location:            55 Moorgate, London 

Contract:            Full time, permanent position

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Outpatients team at 55 Moorgate, with a highly competitive salary range up to £46,581.47 depending upon experience.

While the role is predominately based in 55 Moorgate, there will be times where you’re required to work across our other Outpatient sites.

This is a full time, permanent position would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week.

The shift patterns are as follow:

  • Monday to Friday 0730-2000

  • Saturday – 0730-1400

No Sundays, No Bank Holidays

Located in the heart of the City of London, Cleveland Clinic Moorgate Outpatient Centre is a state-of-the-art facility. What will your duties include:

  • Take responsibility for individualised patient care as appropriate, working closely with all Caregivers.

  • Document concise, accurate non-contemporaneous records, ensuring they are clearly written, dated and timed, and do not include unnecessary abbreviations, jargon or speculation.

  • Facilitate patient flow, communication and problem solving to ensure the efficient running of the Outpatient department.

  • Prioritise tasks effectively, including the workload of others where required, such as learners and Healthcare Assistants.

  • Carrying out nursing care to the highest possible standard according to CCL Policy and Clinical Guidelines, in line with NMC requirement. This requires a thorough understanding of policies and guidance related to for example: infection control, hygiene and individualised patient needs.

What we need from you:

  • Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.

  • Demonstrable broad clinical experience in the acute care field.

  • Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
