As a solution expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure teams, to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and support guides.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance our enterprise application landscape.
Ensure the security and compliance of enterprise applications with internal policies and relevant industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application development and engineering.
Desired Qualifications:
Oracle Transportation Management Fusion SaaS Cloud Certification
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust enterprise applications
Hand-on experience with Carrier Integration and large scale deployments.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Kafka, ESBs).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL) and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with PaaS native applications.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and LEAN Agile practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience with SOX and IT governance practices.
