Staff Engineer – Cost Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify cost drivers, trends, and actionable insights
• Extract, consolidate, cleanse, and model data from systems and stakeholder data
• Develop analytics solutions and dashboards for global, cross‑functional stakeholders
• Own and drive cost analytics programs to track performance against company cost targets
• Partner with global stakeholders, working closely with Finance and Cost teams to drive actions toward cost KPIs using data‑driven insights and dashboards
• Ensure data quality and continuously improve analytics solutions to support evolving cost targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics‑focused roles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SAP, Snowflake)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Python or scripting experience is a plus

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
