Job Description:

We are looking for a staff DFT engineer with expertise in DFT and associated domains and skills in the following areas.

·        Knowledge of latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT, test and silicon engineering.

·        Hands-on experience with JTAG standards (1149.1 and 1149.6, 1687) and boundary scan

. Expertise with Scan architecture and BIST architectures and memory repair

·        Hands-on experience with ATPG and EDA tools like Tessent tool suite, PrimeTime

·        Verification skills include, Logic Equivalence checking and validating the STA constraints

·        Experience working with Gate level simulation, and debug with industry simulators.

·        Post-silicon validation and debug experience; Ability to work with ATE patterns

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration with other teams

·        Strong automation skills and scripting skills using - Tcl, Perl, shell scripting

·        Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering required with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
