About the Role
Reporting to the engineering leadership team, the Staff Database Engineer will own the evolution of our data layer from growth-optimized foundations to enterprise-grade reliability and performance. You will define replication, scaling, latency, and governance strategies while serving as the primary authority for database operational excellence. In this role, you will shape database engineering practices for a mission-critical system, directly impacting the reliability and performance of a platform powering Physical AI in warehouse operations.
