Summary:

In this role, you will oversee the Workplace services preventative maintenance program that includes managing the office space, floor plans, coordinating office moves, and managing office equipment, furniture, HVAC, janitorial services, and pest control.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for Building Management and ensure the completion of maintenance work order requests.
  • Act as project manager for special projects including planning and coordinating services and deliverables from multiple vendors, contractors, and Building Management.
  • Perform as a safety coordinator to support the safety & security manager by coordinating and executing safety and evacuation drills, and office closings.
  • Work closely with the Manager to assist with Workplace Services annual budget planning.
  • Generate standard reports to support department activities.
  • Provides general administrative support.
  • Lead implementation and ongoing support for new team software and resources.
  • Work with internal business partners to assign and complete Remedy Force tickets.
  • Work closely with the Sustainability team and their efforts on our enterprise goals such as:  Battery recycle program, earth day tasks, data collection, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree preferred
  • 2 or more years’ experience working in facilities management, or maintenance in a corporate setting required.
  • Organized self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills communication.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, customer service and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Must have strong work ethic and a front office professional appearance.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (CST).

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
