The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Airplane Systems Organization is looking for a Staff Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to join the Airplane Systems Safety and Airworthiness (SAW) team based out of Everett, Washington.
Primary responsibilities:
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
Analyzes data and leads in the development of dashboards and proposals of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Coordinates inputs to Major/Minor criteria documentation for FAA approval.
Support weekly SAW meetings including creating agendas and communicating weekly metrics on Major/Minor Audits
Create and maintain new websites for the SAW Team, Boeing Safety Management Systems, and Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM)
Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
3+ years of experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
6+ years or related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
Bachelor's degree or Higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced (Level 3): $83,000 - $108,000
Senior (Level 4): $104,000 - $135,000
