This analyst will be helping organize, integrate and run the business for the 767/787 Propulsion IPT organizational functions.
We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitates and leads meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
Translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success.
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Synthesizes complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points.
Supports preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required.
Builds and maintain relationships across Propulsion/BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives.
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
Develops and deploys localized training content.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree +6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management
5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in Engineering or Propulsion organizations
5+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years of experience leading teams in formal and/or informal role
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
5+ years of experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
5+years of experience as a Staff Analyst
Experience in finance

Summary pay range Experienced (level 3): $83,300 - $112,700
Summary pay range Senior (level 4): $104,550 - $141,450
