Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the BCA Production System & Operational Excellence organization in Everett, WA.

This position will play a central role in supporting company-level initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). This person will produce executive-ready presentations and communications, participate in strategic and organizational discussions, and translate decisions into clear execution plans. Success requires the ability to lead cross-functional conversations, influence stakeholders, and integrate work across BCA. The role will split time between supporting the VP and senior leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Develop polished, data-driven presentation materials, briefings, and communications for executive audiences.
  • Partner with leaders across functions to define problems, frame strategic options, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and measures of success.
  • Track program status, risks, and dependencies; proactively surface issues and propose mitigations.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-level summaries and talking points.
  • Support preparation for senior leadership reviews and external briefings as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships across BCA to ensure integration and coordinated execution of initiatives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and/or production environment
  • 3+ years’ ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
  • 3+ years’ of experience in MS PowerPoint
  • 3+ years’ of creating executive level presentations
  • 3+ years’ experience of synthesizing information and creating a report

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution.

Compensation:

Summary pay range (Level 3): $88,000 - $103,000
