Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate Design Requirement Specifications aligned with business needs.
  • Lead and support end-to-end SAP PP, Master Data, and QM initiatives including implementation, enhancements, and support.
  • Handle day-to-day production issues and provide quick, scalable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in production planning, master data, and quality management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, QM, LE, WM) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Work on bug fixes, change requests, and enhancements while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Engage in projects from design through testing and deployment; prepare and execute functional test scenarios, scripts, and UAT.
  • Write detailed Functional Specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, user exits, and enhancements.

Must Have Qualifications

  • 14+ years of SAP experience with strong functional expertise in Production Planning (PP), Master Data Management, and Quality Management (QM).
  • At least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Expertise in:
    • Production Planning: Production orders, BOMs, Routings, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning.
    • Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Inspection Characteristics, and related governance.
    • Quality Management: In-process and GR inspections, Quality Notifications, Customer Returns, Quality Certificates.
  • Good knowledge of integration points with MM, FI/CO, LE/WM, and Manufacturing Execution.
  • Experience in Warehouse & Logistics Execution: stock placements/removals, physical inventory, barcode processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Batch Management, Handling Unit Management, and Label Printing.
  • Proficiency with Interfaces, IDocs, Batch Jobs, and User Exits.
  • Strong experience in testing phases: Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Prior exposure to semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
