Staff Accountant Jr (m/f/d)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant Jr (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Staff Accountant Jr, you will be responsible for supporting the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting with various accounting tasks.

About the Role 

• Assist with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.
• Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable within a Shared Services Center environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English
