STA - Real Estate Sector Coverage

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to assist the RE NL team, within the Sector Real Estate & Infrastructure, for a duration of 3 months.

Role and responsibilities

  • We will assign a portfolio of clients to you as assistant PAM. This basically means you will become jointly responsible with the PAM for these clients. This means that all you are in charge of all the operational discussions related to these clients. You will manage all efforts related to KYC, TS, Portfolio Management
  • You create an account plan for all clients that you are responsible for. The Account Plans are not yet available, you'll be in charge of drafting them and discuss and finalize with the PAM
  • You get KYC responsibility. We have 2 KYC SPOCs for the RE sector, both sitting next to us. They are taking a lot of our KYC work away due to a sick leave from the Dutch KYC SPOC. You can pick up work that is now being done by the Global KYC SPOCs such as setting up org charts in Vantage and connecting with the CS/PED desk
  • You will look at new transactions and conducting a transaction analysis
  • Doing general analysis
  • Helping preparing presentations if needed

Objectives

  • Gain experience and determine if the real estate coverage sector is a good fit for you, and learn extensively about real estate and the different product groups
  • Be able to analyze financing requests, send proposals to the RE NL sector team, and discuss financing propositions, including structure and pricing
  • Being of added value in the KYC area
  • Create an account plan (VCT) for all clients for which you are responsible
