About the circle
The Supercircle Daily Banking is part of the Area Daily Banking Operations, within COO NL. This Supercircle handles customer requests and interactions for our Daily Banking clients in DBNL. Within Daily Banking Ops, we process incoming customer requests and strive for excellent service within a seamlessly operating organisation.
What will you do
You are responsible for the entire process from start to finish of seizures and bankruptcies imposed on or declared for our customers. You assess requests from bailiffs and trustees and ensure that all administrative steps are completed fully, correctly, and on time. You also maintain contact with external parties to obtain complete information and answer customers’ telephone questions about the status of their case and next steps. You bring calm and clarity in complex situations, see opportunities to further optimise processes, and actively contribute to a careful customer experience, even when the message is difficult.
