STA: HR Talent Junior Analyst

The team

Role and responsibilities

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, affinity for efficient data analytics and reporting, and comfort in navigating challenging and complex data landscapes, both from a technical and a governance perspective. This role will provide analytical and operational support to HR and Talent teams by managing data, generating insights, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role focuses on executing routine analytics tasks and supporting global HR projects under guidance from senior specialists. Furthermore you:

  • Collect, validate, and maintain talent review and succession planning data.

  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI and Excel.

  • Assist in analyzing workforce trends and talent movement.

  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and internal data privacy policies.

  • Support HR Business Partners and Talent teams with accurate data and insights.

  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and talent review cycles by providing quality data and documentation.

  • Master’s degree, in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or analytics (internship experience acceptable).

  • Experience with stakeholder management.

  • Experience with storytelling and converting data into relevant business insights.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.

  • Able to analyze processes, anticipate any risks or concerns, and come up with process improvements relating to our domain.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is not required).
