Sr.UX Designer

You’ll be contributing to the design of unique products that combine both hardware and software, fully imagined, developed, and manufactured right here in the Czech Republic. 

This is a hands-on, independent role where you’ll be responsible for the complete UX and CX agenda - defining challenges, designing solutions, and supporting teams as they deliver outstanding user and customer experiences from discovery to launch. 

What you´ll do:

• Take full ownership of UX across two important products in print-solution system: MFX Studio (A web and local application used to manage and configure card readers) and our Customer & Partner Portal (a web platform used for operational workflows).
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver new features, improve product quality, and create intuitive experiences on products used by thousands of customers worldwide.
• Drive UX/CX proactively - reaching out to stakeholders, gathering input, understanding the business context, and translating insights into conversations with business stakeholders and C-level management.
• Learn and understand complex systems, user workflows, and the relationships between users and our products in a B2B print-solution environment.
• Design and validate user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and other UX deliverables. 

About you:

• You have senior-level experience in UX and have led UX initiatives for complex products or systems. Additionally, you have been involved in product and customer experience (CX) design.
• You have a strong business mindset and aren’t afraid to communicate with business stakeholders, including C-level management.
• Working with design tools and concepts like mental models, workflow diagrams and interactive prototypes is a piece of cake for you .
• You enjoy communicating with end users of print-solution systems around the world.
• You think analytically, solve problems creatively, and enjoy working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with hardware, IoT, device management, or RFID/NFC products is a plus
• You speak and write both Czech and English
