Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst or Sr. Data Analyst who takes ownership of problems and proactively develops solutions. In this role, you will work directly with data from multiple systems and sources to support operational and commercial decision-making. You will be expected to ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and recommend better ways to structure data, reporting, and analysis.
You will build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure, ensure data is reliable and actionable, and deliver insights that help teams make better decisions. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, along with the ability to understand business context and independently drive analytical work from problem definition through solution.

What We're Looking For:
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
