Supports the management and execution of Private Wealth Sales Compensation Programs by delivering analytics and reporting that enable informed business decisions. Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights through the design and maintenance of high‑quality analytical models, dashboards, and standardized reporting. Partners independently and cross‑functionally with key stakeholders to support the execution of program components, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless delivery of compensation initiatives. Identifies and drives opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify processes, and increase scalability through automation, standardization, and improved reporting practices

  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
  • Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Acts as a relationship manager on assigned projects/programs and ensures alignment to overall business goals.
  • Drives cross business/group coordination and logistical support for the implementation of change.
  • Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into meaningful insights
  • Data management and integration of information from multiple sources (e.g. financial and operational systems) for analysis, insight, and recommendations

Problem Solving:

  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assists in preparing business proposals or presentations based on needs for the program.
  • Provides support and guidance on implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to provide business context in the design, develop and implementation of programs & solutions.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

Qualifications:

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and organization.
  • Experience in Private Wealth, sales analytics, or compensation programs would be an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge and experience of PowerBI and PowerApps, would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated strength in:
    • Verbal and written communication
    • Cross‑functional collaboration
    • Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making

Salary:

$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
