Job Description Summary

As a Senior Vice President, Escrow Operations working for Inspired Title Services and Inspired California Escrow Services (individually “Company” or collectively, “Companies”; Taylor Morrison’s in house escrow companies), you will report to the President, Inspired Title Services. As your primary role will be to manage and be accountable for escrow operations for all Companies across the country, including the effective operation of personnel, equipment and other resources necessary to run closing & escrow office operations. In addition, the Senior Vice President, Escrow Operations shall, through actions and conduct, create a positive image of the Companies, to coworkers, customers and others.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the President to shape, refine, and advance the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and market dynamics.

  • Provide strategic leadership to escrow staff and operations, guiding and empowering teams to deliver on organizational goals while proactively influencing and driving long-term growth initiatives.

  • Communicate the strategic direction on a level that allows every employee to feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves and that their role is strategically important to their respective Company.

  • Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other senior leaders, including Vice Presidents and Managers (Escrow).

  • Meet regularly with senior leadership to align the Companies with its respective visions.

  • Work closely with President in creating and implementing revenue goals, expense controls, and annual budgets.

  • Maintain collaborative and respectful culture between the TM builder divisions, Taylor Morrison Home Funding and Inspired Title and Inspired CA Escrow branches.

  • Assess the competitive landscape on a consistent basis to ensure the Companies remains competitive, obtains the highest success rate. This includes opportunities for expansion, customers, new markets, new industry developments and standards.

  • Maintain awareness to new government requirements, laws, and policy changes within the Companies.

  • Represent the Companies in civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level, which promote the goodwill of the Companies and develop future business

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 10 years of management/leadership experience in escrow/closing operations, involving both residential and commercial escrows/closings in multiple states. Builder experience a must.

  • Demonstrated ability and progressive experience in leading managers and team members in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving team member commitment through actions, and empowering team members to meet their full potential.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations.

  • Results Driven Professional with broad based and progressively increasing responsibility in management, administration, escrow/closing operations and customer service.

  • Effective communicator with proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, by establishing a high level of confidence and trust.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Interviewing, selecting, and training employees

  • Setting rates of pay and hours of work

This role requires up to 25% travel

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
