Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
*Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
*SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
*Knowledge of Application Development platforms / languages.
*Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
*Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
*Experience with Project / portfolio management tools – Jira / MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
*Business acumen.
*Customer relationship management.
*Oral & written communications.
*Program / project management.
*Vendor / SLA management.
*Ability to influence.
*Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
*Teamwork and collaboration.
*Participates in and prepares for Program Increment Planning.
*Creates Features and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring requirements clearly communicate Business/Stakeholder needs to the development team; work with Product Manager and delivery teams to clarify Features as necessary.
