Position Title – Senior Technical Training Executive, ATTC
Job Location – Selangor, Malaysia
About the Role:
Dynamic and experienced trainers are dedicated to enhancing skills and knowledge through engaging, interactive
learning experiences.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
• Facilitation and Delivery: Deliver training sessions in various settings—classroom, on-site, or virtual. Ensure
sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Design Training Curriculum: Develop training programs that align with organizational goals, incorporate current
industry trends and best practices, including course materials and lesson plans.
• Engaging External Experts: Collaborate with outside experts for specialized contents to enhance training
programs, bringing fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge to the sessions. Build professional networks to enhance
program quality.
• Marketing Skills and Promotion: Support revenue generation by positioning training offerings effectively.
Promote training programs through various channels to attract and retain clients.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure training aligns with business
objectives and meets the specific needs of various teams.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps by working with managers and team leaders to
understand departmental needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Conduct knowledge checks through assessments and evaluations at the end of the training day. Measure
participant progress using tests, practical exercises, and observational feedback. Gathering Feedback from
participants to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Documentation and reporting to maintain accurate training records – attendance, assessment results and etc.
• Personal and Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends,
acquiring new certifications, and participating in relevant training to enhance training quality and maintain
effectiveness.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 7+ years of experience in instrumentation or working in water related industry.
Experienced in delivering training sessions, workshops, or seminars is also required.
Additional Professional Certification is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good marketing strategies and a mindset to achieve revenue target.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Have good personality and interpersonal skills – Passionate in delivering training, Friendly demeanor and approachable,
Great teamwork and community building, Adaptable and Knowledgeable.
Willing to travel within Malaysia & APAC.
