The Senior IT Operations Technical Representative is a senior-level position providing end-user support for the organization's desktop, network, telephony, and applications. The candidate will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and upgrade computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.Requirements:
University studies in Computer Science or a related field (in progress or completed) (highly recommended).
Proficiency in English (80% or higher).
At least one year of experience in similar IT technical support roles.
Knowledge of network configuration management in Windows and macOS.
Knowledge of PC maintenance and repair.
Experience in troubleshooting and Active Directory.
Experience with BigFix and Azure environments.
Experience in a BPO environment (desirable).
