The Role

As the SRE & Reliability Sr Product Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Filevine's site reliability and platform resilience. You will directly manage the prioritization for the teams responsible for keeping Filevine fast, stable, and available—including DevOps, the On-Call team (SREs), Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE). Your primary focus will be driving measurable improvements in uptime, incident prevention, and release confidence across the platform. This role requires a strong technical foundation (ideally with a software engineering background) and the ability to translate complex reliability data into clear strategy for leadership and cross-functional partners.
