Senior Technical Account Manager - Japan
The Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical role in ensuring the technical success of Genesys customers. This individual is a dynamic problem solver who thrives in complex environments and represents the Genesys brand with professionalism and integrity across all customer engagements.
The Senior TAM is accountable for building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, fostering collaboration across internal teams, and driving platform adoption and seamless utilization of Genesys solutions. They take ownership of outcomes, provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate initiative by contributing to internal process enhancements and cross-functional projects. Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to embodying the Genesys culture are key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and business strategy, actively mentors new team members, and contributes to strategic initiatives as assigned by leadership. They possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills, along with a strong technical foundation in CX enterprise software and practical experience with SaaS methodologies.
A TAM must be adept at engaging with both technical experts and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into business value. They proactively identify challenges, anticipate barriers, and craft creative solutions to ensure customer success. Operating as One Genesys, the Senior TAM leads cross-functional efforts to advocate for customer needs and deliver superior outcomes.
