This position is based in St. Louis, MO (Clayton or Lackland) and is hybrid (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and is not a remote role.
What you’ll do:
Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert by maintaining deep functional knowledge of the business, workforce planning needs, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
Build relationships with assigned business domains to understand their upcoming needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Manage full lifecycle recruitment beginning with a strategy session, building a slate of top talent, preparing interview guides, prepping interview teams, debriefing with the team post interview to select a final candidate, and managing the offer process through onboarding.
Manage 15 - 20 requisitions at a time meeting and exceeding metrics based goals.
Source and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes, effectively represent the company to candidates, conduct detailed phone screens, prepare comprehensive evaluations, and present qualified candidate slates to Hiring Managers.
Lead the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data by establishing best practices for candidate tracking, status documentation, and system compliance across applicant tracking and sourcing platforms.
Mentor junior recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to the development of a high-performing, agile recruitment team while continuously evolving best practices.
Explore and integrate new recruitment methods, staying current with industry trends, and sharing best practices across the team.
Contribute to team development by assisting with the onboarding and training of new recruiters.
Own additional strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned, supporting organizational growth and evolving hiring needs.
What experience you need (Minimum Qualifications):
5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment for senior level critical roles in both corporate and/or agency settings. Experience in FinTech, SaaS recruiting is highly preferred. Successful experience in an agency is highly preferred.
3+ years experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LI Recruiter and other strategic sourcing/recruiting outlets
Experience reporting metrics and performance related data to senior leaders
1+ year of recent Workday experience
Proven experience partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Comp Partners
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills with high sense of urgency
