Meet the team:
Dexcom is seeking a nimble, driven, and forward-thinking Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will serve as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments, our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the daily tasks and processes within the Outbound Fulfilment team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and tasks are completed promptly so that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. You will also ensure
customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and driving process improvements, with a strong focus on managing complaints and escalations.
Where you come in:
You will lead daily processes, tasks, and escalations within the Outbound Fulfilment team.
• You will act as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments across Europe, our 3PL warehouses, and a select group of clients.
• You will ensure that shared email inboxes are monitored without interruption to enable timely communication and issue resolution.
• You will proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues and escalations to ensure SLAs are met.
• You will ensure transactional completeness in various IT systems.
• You will ensure internal and external processes are in place and followed.
• You will identify and implement process improvements.
• You will be responsible for creating and updating internal SOPs
You will act as the first point of contact and take ownership of urgent complaints and escalations.
• You will manage communication with internal Dexcom teams regarding process changes, delays, and major incidents.
• You will be responsible for providing training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to the Outbound Fulfilment team and relevant internal teams.
• You will review tender requirements, support implementation and contract fulfilment.
• You will work on product upgrades, as well as new product and market launches.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
You should be fluent in English.
• You should have a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in a global or multinational environment is an advantage.
• You should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau would be a bonus.
• You should have the ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
• Flexibility around work tasks and timescales is essential.
• Candidates with experience in team leadership or management will be viewed favorably.
• Ability to accommodate GMT working hours as agreed is a must.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,102.50 to €3,832.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.#DexcomLithuania
