Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is developing cutting-edge Silicon Photonic solutions for high-speed data movement. We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to lead new product introduction, process development, and manufacturing management. This role involves close collaboration with machine vendors and contract manufacturers in Taiwan, as well as designers, test engineers, and quality teams across Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States.

What You Can Expect

- Drive optical sub-assembly product engineering and NPI from design to mass production.

- Collaborate with contract manufacturers on process, equipment, and fixture development and qualification.

- Improve yield and cost; define DFM requirements.

- Support DFMEA, reliability de-risking, and product characterization.

- Lead failure analysis and RMA investigations.

What We're Looking For

- BS (7+ yrs) or MS (5+ yrs) in product development or manufacturing for optical components/modules.

- Strong knowledge of optical active/passive alignment and assembly processes.

- Experience in high-volume yield improvement and Telcordia GR-468 qualification.

- Skilled in Gage R&R, FMEA, SPC, Cpk, DOE.
