About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes职责：
各项政策流程的管理、合规要求及执行推动（60%）
配合部门，落实各项政策、流程和系统，以保证部门高效合规运作,协助部门达成业务要求。
1. 独立高效的完成保单运营各个环节的支援工作，尤其在保单核保、单证管理环节的支持；
2. 专业、高效的完成销售人员的各类保单或运营规则的咨询，提供前瞻、可行的建议；
3. 独立高效的完成客户咨诉、增值服务工作，提高客户满意度，促进业务健康发展；
4. 推进渠道业务系统和相关银保系统的使用，根据分公司实际情况，做好维护和推广，提高业务效率；
5. 保单品质数据的跟踪，以保证销售的合规严格性，实现可持续健康发展；
提供合理建议 （20%）
针对分公司情况和实际业务情况根据现有经验提供可行的建议和方案
各类报表和业务统计（20%）
负责分公司保单数据统计及分析，以促进业务发展、保证合规需求。
岗位要求：
1.教育背景：
大学本科以上学历
2.相关经验：
3-5年以上工作经验；3年以上寿险公司银保工作经验，或5年以上大型寿险公司运营工作经验，有核保、系统背景的优先。
3.相关技能
熟悉寿险银保各项运营制度，了解行业规则。
沟通协调能力强，服务意识、表达能力佳。
思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。
性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
中英文俱佳。
