About the Role

The Provider Network Coordinator need support the manager by developing and managing aged care provider networks and vendor relationships for new and existing sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing/managing relationships with targeted aged care providers.
  • Negotiate cost effective contracts in compliance with all providers, and corporate requirements.
  • Resource integration and quality control of cooperative provider.
  • Establish the service standards for providers and optimize the service procedure.
  • Business negotiation and implementation support of innovation projects.
  • Responsible for coordinate with other department (internal &external)
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation for all provider contracts and assisting with providing information for audits.
  • Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
  • Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Three to five (3-5) years of Managed Aged Care/Healthcare experience
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in working with contract terms and reimbursement methods
  • Strong skills in MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, multi-tasking, problem solving capability, creativity, initiative, teamwork skills, public relations and customer service skills required
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
