Job Summary

What We're Looking For:
Comcast Cable (Xfinity) is seeking a Sr. Specialist of GTM Strategy to support the audience-led lifecycle marketing strategy for key go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across Headquarters. This role sits within the broader Acquisition & GTM team and plays a critical part in helping develop, organize, and operationalize GTM plans that drive impact across the full marketing funnel.

The Sr. Specialist will partner closely with Acquisition, Base Management & Retention, Loyalty, Media, and cross-functional teams to support the creation of GTM briefs for quarterly business priorities — including tentpole sales, new product launches, brand campaigns, and other strategic initiatives. This individual will help gather and organize inputs, conduct research, support cross-functional alignment, and ensure the smooth execution of GTM planning processes. Additionally, this critical team member will be charged with assisting in the development of our GTM planning, supporting our quarterly cadence, and ensuring all key inputs are procured in a timely fashion.

Reporting into the Director of GTM Strategy, this role will contribute to the development and maintenance of strategic documentation, including briefs, media plan summaries, and GTM reference materials used by leadership and stakeholders. The Sr. Specialist will help keep teams aligned by acting as a reliable source of information and supporting the cadence of GTM planning activities.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess a keen will to win, as well as comfortable working in a fast paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities-What You'll Do

  • Support the development and maintenance of strategic GTM briefs for quarterly priorities, ensuring inputs reflect the full customer lifecycle across marketing, communications, and sales channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment during campaign development, ensuring positioning, messaging, and funnel best practices remain consistent across the journey.
  • Assist teams by helping to compile and synthesize information needed for unified GTM plans.
  • Gather and organize key inputs from Audience Strategy, Product/Technology, Brand, Comms, and other teams to support timely and smooth campaign launches.
  • Support partnership with Consumer Research & Insights by ensuring GTM priorities are reflected in research roadmaps and learning agendas.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, collect feedback, and help escalate risks or information gaps.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Audience teams to ensure strategic inputs are translated appropriately into execution workflows.
  • Help track offer and message performance in partnership with Media, EBI, and Comms teams, contributing to documentation of learnings and best practices.
  • Manage Legal review processes as needed, including organizing disclaimers, message nuances, and required documentation.
  • Maintain and refine GTM templates, documentation, and resources — including updates to the Consumer GTM site.
  • Contribute to additional projects supporting GTM planning and marketing strategy as required.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications-What You’ll Need 

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience; omnichannel experience and experience partnering with sales channels a plus 
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills
  • Seeks data- and fact-based decision-making to iterate and improve marketing efforts 
  • Experience navigating legal discussions and approvals
  • Obsessive attention to detail 
  • Flawless ability to carry campaign continuity across various platforms 
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing requests in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to track multiple strategic priorities over time, helping to prioritize not just your own work, but that of the team overall 
  • Solid knowledge of the English language and grammar/style application for marketing  
  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related fields
