You will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless execution and delivery of HR services while collaborating with teams across the globe. Customer Inquiry & Case Management

  • Receive and respond to employee and collaborator inquiries through designated tools and channels promptly and professionally.
  • Independently assess, resolve, and own employee and collaborator inquiries, exercising judgment on non-standard cases within policy and compliance boundaries.
  • Advance complex or sensitive cases to senior team members, Service Manager, or COEs as per defined guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by providing clear, empathetic, and compliant responses.

Service Delivery, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Complete assigned services in line with defined SLAs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Proactively monitor service performance, identify operational risks, and initiate corrective actions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Find opportunities for process improvement, standardization, or automation, and partner with Service Manager or COEs to drive implementation.

People Transactions And Programs Across The Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations supported by the Country Services Team with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Serve as Country/Site GPSS point of contact with a solid understanding of local regulations, practices, and cultural considerations.
  • Collaborate with COEs and Regional Teams to assist in rolling out country-specific policies, programs, and process modifications.

Vendor & Collaborator Coordination

  • Monitor vendor service delivery using dashboards, reports, or vendor-provided tools.
  • Validate vendor outputs or documentation against agreed requirements and bring up discrepancies to the Service Manager.
  • Assist with invoice verification and documentation review, advancing exceptions as needed.

Collaboration, Learning & Change Support

  • Work together with People function COEs and Regional Services Teams to assist in service delivery and resolving issues.
  • Assist Regional Services Teams by offering country-specific insights and operational assistance.
  • Participate in initiatives to standardize and improve HR services regionally or globally.
  • Actively build expertise in assigned services and identify learning opportunities to strengthen individual and team capability.
  • Support change adoption by following new processes, tools, or policies and providing user feedback.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously in a dynamic setting, handling full responsibility for designated HR services.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, HR lifecycle transactions, and/or HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence.
  • Experience bringing to bear automation and AI tools to improve HR operations, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make recommendation in ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of HR operations experience; additional experience supporting country or site-level services independently is preferred.
  • Proficient in English communication.
