This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Strategy & Field Enablement (STREAM) Team within the Field Experience & Patient Access (FE&PA) business area responsible for enabling an optimized customer-facing organization across the US Market.

We are seeking a highly talented, motivated, and experienced Field Enablement Planning & Execution Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, program orchestration, and day-to-day execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable an optimized customer-facing organization in the U.S. Market. This individual will work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and manage the complexity across headquarter functions to facilitate a seamless operational experience for US HH field sales, account management, field access, and other field teams within our sales organization (e.g., Oncology, Vaccines & Infectious Disease, Pharma, PAH-Rare Disease, Respiratory, IAM, HIV), including collaboration with Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Marketing, HR, Global Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Legal, L&D, Field Engagement Capabilities, Sales Operations, Alignments, SIP, and various HH Data Science functions (e.g. Field Data Visualization, Targeting & Segmentation, Data Enablement). Additionally, the incumbent will support the Field Enablement Process leader in the development and execution of strategic, innovative, sustainable, and repeatable approaches to business process documentation aimed at increasing process awareness across collaborative workstreams, ensuring future business continuity, and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.

Success in this role will require strong project management skills, an agile mindset, and effective partnership across multiple functions. Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and vendor management skills are critical.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Project management: Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of how planning, sequencing, and execution choices affect field readiness, launch timing, and transformation outcomes across multiple workstreams. Act as the cross-workstream orchestration hub by sequencing activities, clarifying hand-offs, and aligning timing with Sales Leadership and HQ partners.

  • End-to-end execution ownership: Own part of the end-to-end execution across complex initiatives by proactively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure synchronized, on-time delivery.

  • Process improvement and continuity: Support development and execution of sustainable, repeatable business processes and documentation to increase process awareness and ensure business continuity.

  • Field readiness and governance: Lead Field Readiness stand-ups and other strategy meetings; capture and manage risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies discussed; ensure completion of assigned action items and agreed next steps. Identify and map dependencies across field readiness workstreams and facilitate cross-functional alignment to remove blockers and accelerate readiness.

  • Risk management and issue resolution: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across interdependent initiatives; escalate appropriately and manage trade-offs to protect launch timing and transformation outcomes. Capture root causes, track remediation plans, and ensure effective follow-through.

  • Execution infrastructure and reporting: Own and maintain execution infrastructure (e.g., Project Center, trackers, timelines), ensuring visibility and accountability across teams. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide project health, timeline visibility, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Own Project Center enhancements and drive development of new capabilities to improve execution efficiency and transparency.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare field.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and common project management / collaboration tools

  • Strong project management skills including managing complex timelines, dependencies, process mapping and cross-functional risks.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple workstreams with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, plan and execute.

  • Process-minded and exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work product.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable facilitating meetings.

  • Proven ability to independently identify issues, drive resolution, and ensure follow-through.

  • Agile mindset, adaptable to ambiguity, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience and ability influencing without authority, working with ambiguity, navigating complex organizations and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen, proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision making and strategic planning skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and vendor/partner management skills

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in HQ commercial operations strongly preferred

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is

$117,000.00 - $184,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
