About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

岗位职责

1． 客户驱动：

• 根据业务发展情况，将客户当前和未来的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量的动力，以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度；
• 参与和推动有关Agency渠道客户驱动的专项工作，如线索分配和跟进规则、系统功能开发等；
• 了解分公司及区部的需求，提供营销员获客、活客、暖客、转化等相关数据。

2.  业务支持：

• 了解渠道有关系统支持的需求，和相关部门做好对接，确保友邦友享、Navi等系统运作稳定、顺畅；
• 了解渠道有关活动支持的需求，并推动区部执行公司的业务活动和营销计划，如客户联谊会、产品说明会等。

3.  日常工作：

• 正确地传达与宣导公司信息，与分公司内各营业单位做好日常沟通；
• 按时做好岗位工作的规划和复盘，及时汇报和反馈；
• 按要求参与公司及部门的各项会议和活动；
• 完成部门主管交办的其他工作事项。

岗位资格

• 大学本科及以上，市场营销或工商管理专业尤佳；
• 10年以上的保险行业相关工作经验或5年以上市场营销工作经验；
• 高效沟通及协调能力；
• 优秀的项目管理技能；
• 具备一定的系统开发及维护能力，熟练使用办公自动化软件。
