Kipling Global is looking for a Senior Specialist, Content Marketing Communications to join the team in Antwerp, Belgium.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Senior Specialist, Content Marketing Communication plays a key role in shaping Kipling’s brand storytelling through creative content creation around collaborations, commercial moments and culturally relevant topics. This role drives the creative vision across all touchpoints ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact. Acting as the brand’s creative authority, you will lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver world-class content that resonates globally while empowering local markets.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Global Content & Collaboration Management:

    • Lead the end-to-end creative development of content for brand collaborations, capsule collections, and top topical moments (e.g., cultural events, seasonal highlights) in partnership with the brand’s creative agency from pre- to postproduction and toolkit delivery.

    • Work closely with Global Content Management Specialist on the campaign shoot lists to select which sku’s will be featured in which asset.

    • Drive the creation of the global toolkits for brand collaborations, capsule collections, and top topical moments. Work with Senior Manager, Global Brand Creative and Content, the agency partner and Marketing Activation & Operations team on the development of the toolkits to ensure that local teams receive clear guidance on how to leverage Global content. (content overview, guidelines, usage, …)

    • Work closely with Global Social Media, Senior Specialist on the creation of TikTok specific content to fuel audience growth and brand relevancy.

    • Work closely with the e-commerce team to align on usability, accessibility, and web standards.

    • Work closely with DTC Experience team to ensure the retail part of the toolkit is aligned with VBL and seasonal brand campaigns.

    • Work closely with the Global Brand Creative, Senior Specialist to ensure alignment between collaborations and top topical moments and brand campaigns.  

    • Ensure all content and toolkits are delivered within the required timelines and budgets. Continually explore new and innovative solutions to drive efficiency within the process.

    • Oversee the creative approval process for content developed for licensing partners. Manage creative briefs, feedback loops, and approvals for Kipling collaborations to ensure timely and effective execution. Work closely together with Global Collaborations & Special Projects Supervisor to ensure timelines align with overall GTM.

    • Brief and collaborate with Kipling’s creative agency to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned output.

  • Own Kipling’s global creative vision to act as brand guardian for Kipling in terms of creative look & feel. Uphold Kipling’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all content and ensure storytelling reflects Kipling’s values and resonates with its global audience.

  • Ensure all brand presentations are using the latest brand PowerPoint template and are updated following brand guidelines. Elevate the look & feel of Kipling’s key GTM presentations.

  • Ensure Kipling’s brand portal, The Dot, is up-to-date with the latest campaign visuals, brand information and visual brand language.

  • Lead the creative development of seasonal packaging such as but not limited to hang tags, collectible monkey boxes, gift boxes and wrapping paper, seeding boxes, e-comm packaging, … 

  • Stay up to date with on marketing best practice design, fashion, and cultural trends to inform creative work.

  • Stay attuned to cultural trends, social conversations, and emerging creative formats to inform content direction.

  • Identify opportunities for Kipling to participate in or lead relevant cultural moments.

Skills for Success

  • A formal education in (graphic) design or graphic communications

  • 5 years’ experience in brand content creation, campaign development, or creative production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in building content for different platforms

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (most importantly, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is a definite plus.

  • High aesthetic judgement, strong creative sensibility and storytelling skills.

  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus

  • Passion for culture, design, and brand storytelling.

  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.

  • Strong time management
