Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination and execution of day-to-day deliverables – template management, assets and platform changes on assigned accounts accurately and on-time (within SLA)
Complete print and fulfillment tasks, including order processing and inventory updates, following defined procedures and approval workflows.
Support technical and creative project tasks, including coordination, execution, and quality checks, with regular direction and oversight from manager
Maintains professional client relationships and communication for assigned accounts with day-to-day stakeholders.
Coordinates cross-functional work to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams with manager guidance
Proactively Identify issues and escalate immediately, supporting troubleshooting and resolution as directed.
Active participation in internal and external calls to capture action items and support follow‑through, confirming next steps.
Create and maintain accurate client documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Maintain client training and knowledge materials (e.g., job aids, FAQs, process maps) to support clients and end users.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of Ansira products, including key features, and use cases, to effectively execute assigned tasks and support end-to-end delivery for assigned clients. and start to make recommendations based on assigned client goals with manager direction
Track and record work time against projects to support accurate forecasting and billing

Willingness to work U.S. business hours (India night shifts).
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of work experience in advertising, client management, account management, or project management; experience in a SaaS or marketing services environment preferred.
Previous experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred.
Experience supporting US-based clients or global teams is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
