Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (ECC & S/4HANA)
Configure and support:
FI: General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA (Profitability Analysis)
Handle period-end and year-end closing processes
Act as primary finance functional lead at client location
Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design
Collaborate with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and business users
Drive UAT, SIT, and go-live readiness
Nice to Have xperience in:
S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance)
Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
Central Finance (preferred)
Lead conversion, migration, and brownfield/greenfield implementations
Strong integration with:
MM (Procure-to-Pay)
SD (Order-to-Cash revenue integration)
PS / PP (cost tracking and allocation)
Work closely with ABAP / Technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces
Lead onsite-offshore delivery model
Manage a team of consultants and coordinate across geographies
Ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
Mentor junior team members
Ensure compliance with:
IFRS / GAAP / Local regulations
Support:
Financial reporting
Audit processes
Internal controls (SOX preferred)
Prepare:
Functional Specifications (FS)
Configuration documents
Test cases and training materials
Provide post go-live support and hypercare
12–16 years of SAP FICO experience
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
Strong knowledge of FI & CO modules
Proven experience in onsite client engagement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
